Authentication is managed securely by Google Firebase.

Your personal data stays with you. We make a strict distinction between your Values (the actual personal data) and your Metadata (the structure of your data).

• Values remain local: The actual content of your fields (e.g., your phone number, address, or government ID number) is stored exclusively in your browser's Chrome local storage. Field values are never sent to our servers.
• Metadata is processed: To enable our AI to intelligently match your data to forms, we transmit the names of your categories and fields (e.g., "Work Phone") alongside website details (url, title, meta tag description, and <h1> heading). This context allows the system to understand the form's requirements without ever sending your actual field values.
• You have full control over your data and can export or delete it at any time.

Important: Since your data is stored locally, you are responsible for keeping any exported files safe. Please be cautious if you use the plain-text backup option or leave your device unsecured.

3. Analytics

We use analytics and logs to improve our service:

• Website: Our website uses Google Analytics to analyze aggregate traffic. This data is anonymized.
• Extension Logs: To help us detect issues and debug the app, our extension collects diagnostic logs. These logs never contain personal form data. The only personal information included is your account email address.
• Usage Diagnostics: We collect diagnostic data to enhance our service and resolve technical issues. This information is used exclusively for performance improvements. While data is grouped to troubleshoot at the form level, all user IDs are strictly anonymized during processing.

Fyllit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
